Hi Buddy, have you read the leaflet that came with your medicine? Here is a link to Net Doctor where you will see the side effects lower down. Dizzyness and changes in blood pressure are both listed, although the latter is very rare. I would go and see your gp as soon as possible as there are alternative drugs which may not cause these problems. Good luck. Libby

Good question, and thanks for the answer. I have been having dizzy spells an I also suffer low blood pressure. I will have a chat to my consultant when I see him. thanks
buddy l wouldn't think it can cause lower blood pressure as l have sufferd with low blood pressure all my life and dizziness and my consultant put me on symbicort 400g and l asked him this same question and he said no but if l was ever feeling dizzy and got chest pain l had to ring 999 but thankfuly l haven't experienced it all with pain but still ask your consultant as l would be happy to hear what he has to say about it please keep me posted on your conversation with your consultant xx
