I think I am sad
That was a very good article, Anne. There are so many different forms of depression. I think a lot of us are affected by the weather. It is understandable to look out of the window and feel really cheesed off, but I think SAD takes over. I had a big bout of depression in the autumn. I tried medication, counselling and nothing worked. I wondered about SAD but then life changing news happened to me, and the depression lifted. I wonder how much SAD you have, or is your sadness caused by something else. You might try talking to your GP, or you might decide to let it ride itself out. All the best, pergola xx
Link between seasons and Bi Polar was new for me I thought not enough sun in winter was the seasonal part more I will want to talk over now I have read this article. Had heard of the lamps as therapy but they would not work for summer anxiety.
Thanks, AnneGodolphin. look we are already at the end of January. Only a very short February (It's always very short with its missing days, as somebody clipped them off!) Then we are in March. And MARCH will be so near spring time. How wonderful, nearly there!
