We were going to deliver some presents today but the weather warning for high winds and heavy rain has put us off, we have to drive down country lanes and can't go till after 2pm so we will be staying put. Its a shame my daughter was making us pizza to bring home for tea and also her home made mince pies.
Lets hope it's better tomorrow.

Just come back from driving down the country lanes so pleased to be home, it is getting worse, never known the weather forecast to be so accurate
We had to come a day early to stay with my daughter in Hants. The weather forecast was appalling, so a mad dash packing yesterday. Shame! Have a good Christmas xx
Just had a phone call to say they are coming to us this afternoon so will be having that delish pizza for tea. 
They are young, I would have done the same years ago.

I have put my feet up. I hear the wind howling in the chimney. there's a loose bin outside that flies about, I hope it'll stay on the road! All sort of things happening out there. Peace and warmth at home!
