Why no emails again?

E mails aren't popping up. What has gone wrong or is it only me? Popplewell

I went though al what they have said and I am not getting them still sent email to HU waiting for an email one way or the other.

I just got an email to my question about not getting emails any more? and got this as part of their reply.

"We do read every email we receive and will reach out to you if we require any additional information as we continue working on improving your user experience. " ???

If they do not read emails how do they get back to you? Have they been taken over by ATOS?

Life is strange isn't it? Like out of politicians you never get a straight answer. I don't post much but do like reading all the emails. Shall we start a protest? Have we got the strength!!!! Regards and thanks. Popplewell
