doctors changed my spiriva to tiotropium has this happend to anybody els and do you feel any better

Are they not the same, spiriva is the brand name for tiotropium?

I thought like others that Spiriva was the trade name for Tiotropium . Spiriva being the powdered form.

Yes, I have been on Spiriva for a few years now and it's always down as tiotropium on my script but has Spiriva on the med itself.
