Hi all, just to let you know im still lightheaded and feeling nauseus but I did go to docs. He gave me prochlorperazine 5mg tablets.

I take 1 tablet 3 x a day. Im on my 3rd day and still feel awful although it does ease as the day goes on. My nightly hot flushes are a nightmare I am convinced they are the cause of this, any ladies out there with any help or advise? Xx

I wish I could advise, Mcnally. There must be some stuff you could look up on the internet, Hot flushes are a -----, Or you could talk to the nurse at your surgery or the BLF. God luck!

Yes ive spoken to doc and looked it up so I do think its a chemical imbalance caused by menopause, its just that im supposed to be going on holiday in 2 weeks and there is no way I can travel/fly feeling like this. X

Maybe a bit of trial and error? I found certain foods and drinks made things worse and soon learned what not to consume. I had to lay off cheese, wine, fruit, and fruit juices. I hope the holiday works out. xx
