Hi Andy, I don't experience this myself but could it be related to use of inhalers? Rinsing mouth with water after use seems to help some people. Wish I could help more. Someone will come along who has experienced this or knows more. Good luck, Alison :-) :-)

Hi Andyuson, if you are using inhalers, make sure you rinse and gargle with water after you do so. Honey is very soothing and you can buy preparations at your local pharmacist, go along and have a word with them. Hope this helps - someone may come along with a better idea so hang around ....! Hi Andyuson, the throat problem maybe from inhaler use. Spacers and the advice above all help,. I've found it's worse in the dry whether so extra fluids can help, herbal teas with honey in help especially ones with ginger in too, they can be drunk hot or cold.

I gargle with warm water and Tea tree oil....works wonders for me and kills any bacteria, fungal etc. You can also get lozenges with honey or even a spray if you can't handle gargling.

The inhalers can cause mouth thrush + I am also on Immune Suppressants, Steroids and use a CPAP machine, so very prone to throat issues and this seems to keep all this at bay.

Hope this helps
