I find I still cannot access HUL via my IE version 9 - I get the error message telling me my IE is old and out-of-date! I can access HUL with Firefox without any problem. Is there a solution to this?

The format is only for IE 10

I believe they are working 8 and 9

Not all people have the latest devices, if the older browser are not catered for. A lot of elderly and vulnerable people for whom this site and there friends is a lifeline, will lose out.

I much prefer IE but my computer wouldn't update. Had to change to firefox instead. If you find an answer let me know please!

I also prefer IE but cannot use it I am getting through on Chrome but would love to go back to IE

If you want to keep with IE you will need to update it to Version 10, the reason browsers are updated is to help improve your browsing experience and to upgrade the security levels on the browser.

I am using IE V10 at the moment, it works fine in most things, but can't upload photos using it at the moment. At lease I cant, but I can when using another browser.

Got to admit I am a Firefox fan (using the Beta version 23). Not had any problems beyond those caused by the bugs at HU. Hope they get it settled down soon.

Firefox for me too. IE seems to slow and cumbersome.
