Sorry if Iam going on with myself

But a few of use asked me to keep them,updated on how Iam doing regarding the fights well Ian still ciggy free 5 weeks and 2 days :) haha but think iam getting addicted,to sugar,free chewing gum and Iam spending more on gum each day then I did on cigs :) hope everyone as a lovely day,xxx

Thankyou nowheeze yes I've passed the 5 week mark just had a few difficulties over the last couple of days and nearly give in to the ciggys :( but with the support of my hubby who as been fantastic helping me through this and my lovely family and of course you lovely people :) Ian going to get soppy now but just,want to say a big thankyou to you all that have commented and given me good advice when Iam feeling down :) Ian not saying,giving up ciggys is easy because it isn't it's one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life,and still got a long way to go yet :) xxx

pamela67, Congrats for making it to five weeks, not easy I know. Glad to hear you are on the sugar free chewing gum, dont do as I did and start on the sweets chocolate and nuts. Ha, ha, getting bigger every day, but feeling healthier. Pat on the back for all of the ex smokers on here.

Hi nixy thankyou for the pat on the back :) when I first gave up,the ciggys that's the first thing I went for chocolate sweets anything that had lots of sugar in it that lasted a week I bought loads of sugar free chewing hubby going Costco this weekend to buy me chewing gum in bulk so it's not going to be so expensive as getting it from the local shop :) xxx

Thankyou juliekkay not noticed any difference with the mucus but did with the breathing for a while but started to feel more breathless again but don't no if that's because my irons gone lower again :( xxx
