Sorry, Kingy, never saw it. Years ago, hubby paid a small fortune for tickets to see Frank Sinatra when he played at Ibrox in Glasgow. I was so disappointed. His voice was shot, and he kept forgetting the lyrics. Some of these oldies really should hang up their mikes before they reach that stage - or any stage again, for that matter. I'd rather listen to recordings than squirm in embarrassment.
I used to feel really sad for Frank Sinatra towards the end. He didn't bow out gracefully. I have Frank's music recorded when he first came to fame, married to Nancy. i had such a crush on him!!

Absolutely adore his voice - so effortless. Same with Dean Martin, Matt Munroe, Neil Diamond - saw him a couple of years ago, and that's another who should bow out. Still love his music though. And please remember, this chick is a rocker.... with an eclectic taste Mad daft on Black Sabbath! How Ozzie Osburn can still record when he shuffles around like someone suffering from dementia, is beyond me .... but he does

Did you see Bruce Forsyth - I missed that and wondered he coped.

I never saw any of it Annie. ... I have 3 tv's and don't watch any of them... I have my 50" hooked up to my PS3, and it's awesome to watch my bluerays and play my games, and listen to my music, but I am loathe to turn it on to watch the box.... It just doesn't interest me at all.
