The best incentive ever I should reckon, but well done for keeping it up, it's hard to do :) x

Well done with the giving up smoking! I am up to 10 weeks now. I just want to know when it starts to get easier. It's still very hard. I have stopped the inhalator now (2 weeks ago) and I am really missing the sensation of smoking. I don't know what to do with my hands. If someone suggests knitting, that won't do, as I hate knitting. Anyone any better suggestions?

PT :)xx
