Simply enjoy yourself you lucky person!

Sorry i don't know about O2 but i am sure the sea/river air will be good for you!

I am slightly jealous!

Sorry I can't help with the oxygen question but I just wanted to say that my Mum LOVES cruises and finds them ideal for people like her who are less mobile and want to feel there would be good medical help if needed. She has got lung problems and atrial fibrillation.

I hope you have a wonderful time on the cruise! Where are you sailing to?

It depend son what Cruise company you book with. My advice would be to check with the company you are thinking of or have booked with, also depend on where you are travelling too and for how long. xx

Hi Jean, I think the BLF helpline have information on this kind of thing, check with them on Monday. helpline 03000 030 555 mon-fri 10am to 6pm.

Have a wonderful cruise, lucky you :) its a great way to travel.

Oh how I would love to go on a cruise not one of these stuffy ones where you have to dress for dinner but something more relaxing.

Afraid it won't happen but I can dream.

There are plenty of cruises where people don't dress up.

The ones my Mum goes on the people wear comfortable clothing and then instead of boring cabaret or whatever the cruises offer talks about local geology, history etc and they visit all sorts of places. She's been on cruises to Alaska, Greenland, Iceland several times, Spitsbergen, Norway multiple times etc

They are damn expensive though, my mum (aged 76) still gives piano lessons to afford them.

I don't know how you go about getting the oxygen but I have twice seen passengers on Fred Olsen ships using concentrators. I suggest you check with Fred Olsen (it won't comimit you to anything) - by the way - also find out how much notice they need as the later you book on cruises the cheaper it gets. Hope it all goes well, you will love it.
