Ere my swinging bricks got a whopping great crack in it too, but if we're carefull we can eat what we want, if it's edible I'll slap it on a plate, and when it comes to cholesterol mines fine, a little high but cranberry juice now and again takes care of that. My major problem us stress, and high blood pressure, 185 / 110 , and I've had off the scale, up in the 200"s but hey I'm still here, and i love good food.
