Worth checking the web for something in your local area, but Google Asthma+Lung UK with -Singing for Lung Health, for online sessions plus lots of other info, a phone helpline number, and a link for - Support in your area. Sorry, but cannot get the links to paste!

Also a lot of info online and YouTube, but often hard to know what’s best for you! Hope you find the help you need and good luck 👍

Last year, I started going to a singing group in Edinburgh, the Cheyne Gang, for those with respiratory issues, which has been great, but not been able to leave the house since last November after catching Covid, so videos are good, but I can disturb the neighbours if I start singing.

Here are a sample couple of minute long breath exercises from their YouTube page, and worth having a scroll through all their videos.

Their web address is - the cheynegang.com, and there’s a full list with videos if you click on “breathing exercises and songs online”. I need to start some of these again too! Plenty to check out now 😊
