Greetings to everyone. I have been having dizziness, nausea, vomiting and some inner ear pain. Could this be associated with the chronic and very strong coughing episodes I have been experiencing since diagnosed with asthma more than 25 years ago? I saw an ENT specialist who prescribed a balance therapy. Could this help?

Can chronic cough cause ear problems?
Sinus pressure often causes ear pain/discomfort, I've coughed a great deal in my life but have no idea if it affected my ears. I was diagnosed with labyrinthitis for years, then menieres disease - briefly until my gp did some eye movement tests and told me it's right sided vestibular disease. I get intermittent dizziness. I go to a balance class weekly, it's excellent, the trainer Trish Tenn (an Olympian athlete) is excellent too. Youtube videos for balance exercise I think.
Thanks for your response, Peege . I was also diagnosed and treated for sinusitis and vestibular migraine after a scan. I take nasonex nasal spray regularly. I have an ear MRI appointment in July. I just have to wait and not allow this situation to have a hold on my quality of life.
I hope u have medication to help
