decided to take one puff morning and night instead of two puffs. Thank you all for the feedback. If side effects of Fostair still present I will go back to my Symbicort.

On Tuesday ring the asthma UK helpline on 0300 2225800. They are great and knowledgeable.
Hello ,I am on Symbicort two puffs once daily as preventive measures and thrice daily when my asthma becomes uncomfortable.
It may not be the same with everyone. IJust be a participant in the treatment and control of your asthma with your healthcare team.
