I think the short answer is, Yes.

I find asthma a bit of a battle, I have been consigned to the sofa this morning. by a very sudden, vicious asthma attack, lots of salamol, so now recovering.

Something like asthma that keeps attacking you, can make you feel run down and tired, it certainly does it to me.

I think you have got to keep trying new things. I have found out recently that my asthma is much happier walking in the winter in a wood than out in the open. This is a real godsend to me, as it makes it easier for me to exercise in the winter time.

Re mouth ulcers I have always read that if you take inhalers, you should use a spacer, regularly clean your teeth and generally do good oral hygiene to prevent mouth ulcers, gum issues etc.

Yes, I'm still getting over a chest infection and now another cold virus. I work in school too and have kids in primary school so it's relentless at times. Thankfully it's my last day today. Feeling very rundown too. Nearly there! I always try to make sure I have mini breaks in the day where I'm not pushing my lungs too much along with obvious things like vitamin C,D etc, hot drinks... Hope you feel more you again soon x
