Ok firstly always have your steroid and ventolin with u. I would not go across the road without them ALWAYS so I misplaced my steroid could not find it one night at home started to get a bit under pressure practised holding my breath too get over some asthma attack symptoms happy days after a little struggle I beat it and started to breath normal again so I am now holding my breath for 30seconds or so while at work driving or watching TV during the day I haven't puffed on 5 days don't rush into anything I tried before with a herbalist and spent 2days in a and e half dead so be careful. Only other difference is I am on reduced carbs and down nearly 30 lbs on about two years9.6 kg in the last year at my asthma test a month ago I nearly collapsed in the glass box blowing and puffing had an attack during my yearly test so trying the holding the breath thing. It's working at the minute I could be in as ball bythe end of the day I don't know Good Luck. Trying everything but the meds always by my side this shit will kill you if your not carefull tried some hair brained things over the years always err on the side of caution GER

Yeah, be careful here. Hope it works for you and tbh if my asthma starts mild I do breathing in blocks, in,hold, out through pursed lips and negates use of Ventolin. Works for me but others are worse and need their meds. 🤞

Pursed lip breathing works well for me with mild asthma attacks.
