Even though am on amoxcillan for my chest, I stillkeep getting a achey feeling is this the infection what I've still got or the asthma.

Its not uncommon to have aches/pains with and infection and it's also not uncommon for anything to trigger asthma (including an infection,cold/virus, change in temperature etc) so it could be either

What I would say is if its not getting better you need to go back and get "double checked" I'm sure any doctor would rather you go back if you where concerned than have to help you after a serious bout of pneumonia or worse (sepsis etc).

However it also isn't uncommon to need "healing time" after an infection and to increase your asthma treatment (but you would also need to discuss that with your doctor) (it may even be that you also need a short course of steroids)

I have achiness when I use inhalers and I haven't got an infection. If I dump the inhalers it goes.
