a few years ago after a bout of bronchitis which I often got in the winter I was given asthma pumps, I’ve never been sure if I had asthma. Following wheezing when I lay down or even in the day my doctor listened to my chest and sent me for a chest X-ray, this showed a shadow on my lung and I was sent for a ct scan, this showed nodules and I had a second ct scan two weeks ago and I’m waiting for the results. I no longer use the asthma pumps as they made no difference. I also have an under active thyroid so my voice has changed but I am croaky in the morning and more wheezy and it hurts when I breathe in at my left side of my back also have discomfort around my neck throat. I often get hiccups when I start to eat! Does this sound like anyone else’s case?

Hey, that isn't sounded much like asthma to me. I'm no doctor but asthma usually follows a pattern and you would expect some relief from using inhalers. Sorry not to be much help but I hope the scan gives some answers.
