You are welcome hope it helps. I remember how daunting it all was but honestly if you follow the advice your quality of life can improve. At least it's one part of dodgy lungs we can control which is a positive! 🙂

Yes, I saw Speech and Language and Respiritory Physio a few years ago and they taught me exercises and techniques and they are very useful indeed. Would recommend.
