Just to share if anybody interested,. I was, getting fed, up of piling up my pillows to keep myself upright when asthma bad and then losing them during the night when they slip. Decided to try a wedge pillow from Amazon called israt. Comes with a quilted zip on white cover. Been trying it out last couple of nights, with 2 pillows, on top. Very good and comfortable,.

Yes I have used a wedge pillow for years and found very helpful. Took a few days initially to get used to it. Kept rolling off in the night but now wouldn’t be without and have replaced it a couple of times.

I bought a wedge off Amazon which you put underneath the mattress and raises it. I use it because of acid reflux.

Just wanted to say thank you for the recommendation. After reading your post, I ordered one of the pillows and it is brilliant. Can't believe how much better I feel waking up in the morning.
