I have come off my fostair preventer in January , but I know summer will bring lots of pollen , which tends to be asthma trigger . Anyone have any advice ? Is it just wait and see , see if relieve dies and add preventer if required over the summer ?

Suggest you speak to asthma nurse at gp practice or phone here for advice. Is this regime what you normally do? It can take a number of weeks for a preventative inhaler to be fully effective so I wouldn’t have thought it was a good idea to wait to see if needed but you should get advice from medics.
