Peak flow readings

I’ve been asked to record my PF readings for two weeks and this morning I took it and it was just below my personal best but tonight I’ve took it and it’s above my personal best I’m slightly confused is this normal? Picture to follow

Mine fluctuates by about 50. Those readings are awesome! Guessing you are young 😀

I’m 29 I didn’t know if they were low or normal for my age I worry so much about my health,

Try not to worry! (Easy to say) you can google for charts of average peak flows for age.

You will always get some variations when doing peak flow. That’s why you are told to do it 3X and mark best score. Nothing for you to worry about.

If I have understood correctly peak flow is generally higher in the evening than in the morning.

My average is 250 and fluctuate around 50 below and above. Your readings are amazing, I wish I had your lung capacity!
