Are you under the care of a respiratory physiotherapist? They can help with your breathing pattern disorder and therefore help with the breathlessness during eating.
Don't really know how to do them. Haven't had any advice.
You need to go to the physio appointments and they will teach you. It takes time to learn how to do them, nothing is going to work instantly. I've suggested exercises previously from the British Lung Foundation but again they have to be done regularly and take time to fix the problem of dysfunctional breathing.
If you have the link to video you just follow basic instructions it even demonstrates each for you the physiotherapist with patient so can see how to do it. Those exercises to retrain are the only way to improve but you only get out what you out in. Its difficult but worth it to be able to walk again even contributing to a conversation again and doing normal household stuff again like walking upstairs, washing up, cooking, eating, housework etc even just having a shower. 🙂
