So it's for my local hospital (saves on travel haha), and it'll be for next week. Wasn't expecting it to be that quick considering I've only just been referred!

Your lucky my referral was done just before yours and I’m still waiting my app although I know it’s face to face but there’s upto a 12 week waiting time 😟

Yeah, I am very lucky. I looked on the NHS' website and usually in my area it takes up to 17 weeks! So I'm quite shocked! Sorry to hear you're still waiting - how long has it been?

I was referred on the 5th May and chased it up the 20th ,hence why I know its face to face and which dr I’ll be under ,and was told I should hear from them in 6weeks so I should have an app through by the end of June fingers crossed .To be honest I’ve lived with asthma for 30 yrs and this is my first referral so I’m not really worried

Hopefully you get contacted soon then, I had asthma as a child and it mostly went away, but over the last few months it's come back with a vengence.

Ta hun I’m getting worse as I age esp allergy and intolerance wise so I’m hoping they’ll actually test me for allergies which I might be able to avoid so reduce my dependence on so much medication

Hopefully. I have pretty severe allergies, so I relate!
