Hurray

My favourite place Beamish Museum up in the Northeast Of England, is a long last open It was here that Learnt to drive their vintage electric trams.

What is your favourite attraction, now that we have a bit more freedom to enjoy our lives again?

Lets all hope for a better run up to Christmas and see and love our families and see our friends face to face again.

Aww that’s great isn’t it! It does feel nice things starting to open and having a bit more freedom doesn’t it!

Mine isn’t so much an ‘attraction’ but in the New Forest down south, there is the most amazing teddy bear 🧸 shop and I absolutely love mooching around it! The thing is, I always want to adopt all the bears 🐻 so they’ll be well looked after and have lots of adventures!!!

I love Beamish too however I don’t have an overall best I like the broads. I love being by the sea and am going to the wet windy English seaside tomorrow x Anita

I love the Lake District, the Broads, Yorkshire & Northumberland amongst other places. We live in such a fantastic country, why would anyone want to go abroad?

For warmer water for more comfortable swimming.

And I love being in the sea! Or a lake, or a river. I don’t want lanes, lots of noise and lots of chlorine. But a sea! One day it will be possible.

Yep, one day we can get back in the sea abroad again !!! A few years ago we were in Italy and I am a bit of a wuss first getting in the sea, but literally we all just walked straight in without the slightest flinch of it being cold! I did used to do lots of swimming in the pool too but I love the sea! And snorkelling 🤿

Yes to snorkelling! I mostly go to north Sweden by the Gulf of Bothnia. The water can be quite warm there. My best Mediterranean swim was a few years back in Kas in Turkey. Plenty of snorkelling there, including ancient under the sea buildings.
