every morning I take my red sendicort 100 asthma inhaler and ai immidently get sever hiccups should I change

It's not necessarily a reason to change inhalers, sometimes there are mild side effects with medications that are balanced out by the benefit of the medication. But it would be a good idea for you to request a review with your nurse or GP so they can make sure you're taking it correctly and also that everything else with your asthma is ok.
