An article in The Guardian today has an explanation of why asthma sufferers were not at so much at risk of hospitalisation with Covid as we were told at the beginning of the pandemic, Our steroid inhalers protected us from the worst of it! I must say I felt that, and the week’s course of steroid tablets as well of course. Today feeling very grateful! I recovered almost completely, the only lingering sign is my peak flow reading is lower these days.

Thanks I'm 6 weeks post covid diagnosis. My o2 sats and peak flow remain considerable down. But hopefully the vaccine will give us the added protection.

Dear Dwileman 67. I really hope you recover soon, it took me at least that long, The grinding fatigue only improved slowly and it was over two months before I could say I was well again. Take care 🙏
