Difficult breathing out

This might be a silly thing to ask, but I've always found it difficult to breath out completely. It feel like as I'm breathing out, my pipe suddenly closes and I cannot physically push anymore air out.. this only happens when I'm not feeling great and need my ventolin more. Anyone else feel similar?

It's a classic asthma symptom - so it makes sense that it's linked to needing your ventolin. Does your ventolin help? If it's happening regularly (and you're needing your ventolin more than 3 times a week) you could probably do with speaking to your GP or asthma nurse as frequently needing ventolin is a sign that your asthma isn't as controlled as it should be.

Thank you so much for your reply. Its been a while since I logged in so apologies for the slow reply. I've been referred to a specialist who has been changing my inhalers and since changing its really helped with this. Cristina.
