That sounds hard. Manchester and around that area is known for its damper climate (that is why the cotton industry was situated round there). East of the U.K. is better, and of course Brighton etc would have a warmer climate especially in the summer. I hope you find some good help from health professionals, though they can be hard to access at present. Many on here are classed with severe asthma and can share their experience with you if you have any specific questions, though we are not doctors. Have you been told you fall in the severe category? Asthma U.K. nurses are also brilliant if it is something you are wondering about, but I think they are closed this week.

I don’t know why my oxygen level is good and and pulmonary function is good, I feel chest tightness and tired and some times feel breathless all the time, the doctor told because I am anxious, this is ridiculous.

I don't think it is ridiculous to feel anxious when you feel ill and you don't know why! You're bound to feel worried. The trouble is that anxiety makes asthma worse. If you feel that you'd be better in Brighton, then go as soon as you can - the sea breezes may well help you. Make sure you talk to people who speak your own language, as they may be able to reassure you and perhaps help you find a good doctor in Brighton. Good luck!

Anxiety can cause this, but also no two asthmatics are the same, not all score on various tests the same way. Only you know how you feel. I hope you can move somewhere where you may feel better if that is possible. Have you got support from friends or family?

actually seaside is better, I want to go back BRIGHTON but unfortunately I don't know anyone there, but I want to go there anyway, I fell regret I didn't go back early I don't know why I stayed her 10 months, places like this is very dangerous for people with asthma, I even wish I stayed all my life in prison rather than live in such area.

Is Middleton in a farming area? I live in an agricultural area and have asthma and other lung problems but everything is fine when I stay at the sea side.

Middleton is a town just outside Manchester. I lived there once and it was very urban, just an extension of Manchester, really. But it may well have nicer bits in it too. My bit wasn’t.
