Pins and needles are a known side effect of Tiotropium. I ended up with high blood pressure on Tio and had to change to Eklira Genuair. Let your prescribing doctor know that you have pins and needles and get your BP checked now and in a couple of months time. If your BP changes between now and in a couple of months then you know that you'll be better off on another LAMA inhaler. It could be that your doctor will change it if the pins and needles continue. All the best.
