Hi Bingle, I don’t usually get tremors before an asthma attack...unless it’s really severe and I’m in an ambulance or at the hospital, but I also get bad anxiety so if I start to hyperventilate then that would make me tremor. Does your blue inhaler help your breathing when this happens? Are you on any other asthma meds? My Fostair inhaler makes me shake for an hour or so most mornings.

No, I hardly ever need to use my blue inhaler because my brown one works very well but the last time I used it, my heart rate increased and I felt really shaky all over. It didn’t feel nice at all.

I don’t get tremors BEFORE using an inhaler, but both the Ventolin/salbutamol and Fostair make me very trembly for quite a while AFTER I take them.

Could you be getting anxiety symptoms when you get short of breath? That can make you shaky. Struggling to breathe is a frightening sensation.
