Think you can get one in Tesco and possibly other supermarkets - I’ve seen people wearing them, I’m just not sure if you get to keep it or have to return it after each shopping trip.

You can keep them. No need to return.

The sunflower lanyards are back in stock and you can choose which card you want. Most (if not all by now) places recognise this. Hope this helps

Amazon have several for £2 /£3.

Sunflower lanyards available free from Tesco to show hidden disability. However, many with severe asthma have found that they can breathe much better if they wear a face shield rather than a mask. I’m just thinking you need to protect yourself as much as possible.

Hi Davenpos. You don’t actually need a lanyard. They shouldn’t challenge you and if they do just say you can’t wear one. I have severe asthma but fortunately I can tolerate a mask. Stay safe x
