Damp weather

We’re currently on holiday in Wales. Great weather when we got here then it’s turned very damp drizzly and misty. My chest isn’t wheezy but I feel very sinusy and my chest feels phlegmy.

Anyone else experience this in damp weather?

Sun supposed to be coming out tomorrow 😂

I was out this morning and it's quite muggy and humid. I found it really difficult to breath, everything took me twice as long. I woke with more sniffles and musus than usual as well. Definitely the weather.

I hate hot weather and find high humidity the worst. Give me a crisp, cold day anytime.
