Thank you Mr Postman...Not!

Had to roll my eyes this morning, the weather was ok so I had the front door open (live in flat) and had some washing on driers to make the most of the Sun.

Next thing I know I hear the postman coming up the stairs. I see him and say thank you and then he proceeds to plonk the letter on a drying bath towel.

So now I've had to put the towel back in a bag awaiting my next wash run.

Bit frustrating given he doesn't wear a mask or gloves and spoke into my flat.

Suspect the poor guy was only doing his best - where would we have been over the past three months without our courageous postmen and delivery drivers.

I’m assuming that if you left your flat door open you aren’t shielding - so I doubt it would have done any harm if you had just let the towel dry in the sun but that’s just my personal opinion.
