If Fostair has proved efficient in treating your symptoms then when you get home try & get an early appointment with your doctor and explain you'd like to stay on this medication. There may be a way to access Fostair or a generic version. Most drug companies have global markets and I'm sure your family doctor will know what can be prescribed which is a close version of Fostair in your home country.
