Shortness of breath

I am reducing from 15mg and now down to 7mg for one week then the following week will be 6mg again for one week. This is what my Doctor has prescribed (Prednisolone) I have been taking it for Polymyalga..

Since I started reducing my breathing has been bad, I find even the slightest movement sometimes makes me really breathless. I read yesterday on here of two other people exactly the same as myself. I have been trying to find the queries again but unable to. One lady says it is a new symptom for her as it is for me. This side effect is not mentioned on the Prednisolone leaflet. I wondered if there are any other people with the same problem.

Put polymyaliga in the search box above the right hand column on this page. I think you will find more help there than with the asthma community. Good luck!
