Breathing at the moment feels like breathing cotton wool, best way I can describe it 🤷‍♀️ can anyone relate? Tight chest is almost painful too.

Yes, it's miserable. All you can do is take the medication and distract yourself with the tv or music or anything which means you don't have to talk or make any effort. I read lots and lots of books, though sometimes even that is an effort. Audio books are good. I hope it all gets better for you soon.

Ugh hate the tight chest feeling, think I know what you mean by cotton wool too. Hope it eases soon!

Just to check, you have seen GP etc about this and are on everything you can be for now?

I've just been managing with ventolin to be honest, whilst I've been short of breath many times before, I cant say I've felt the cotton wool feeling before and I wasnt sure if I was just imagining it 🙈

Yes I'll try AUK tomorrow then, itll be easier than a GP to at least start.
