Change of weather?

Anyone else feeling "off" or as if coming down with something but not?

My friend thinks change of weather. I'm wondering if should start taking the extra doses to prevent.

Last year from late Oct/Nov started bringing phlegm up and 5/12 started really bad bacterial infection which lasted 10weeks.

Well its that time of year and started noticing more phlegm. A few days feel like something in throat like getting hoarse.

Every winter come down bad. Thinking might ask Dr when see if can have in house rescue for flare up prednisolone - won't use unless need to though.

Anyone else feeling off at moment? Is it just change in weather?

I have had a virus for the last week/10 days. It's made me feel tired and dropped my peak flow down. I put it down to the change of the weather and for me working with children who are full of bugs.

I hope and pray feel better soon.

Hi ...yes a have been feeling like I am coming down with a cold virus for the last week but it has not amounted to anything. I am dreading it turning into a full-blown cold as this is a trigger to my asthma. The minute I feel that I may be getting a cold I take a nose spray like Boots Dual Defence for cold and flu just in case it is a virus. Yes I have phlegm but that is not unusual for me.
