I come across this app on play store for PF it's great no more paper downloads. I use it all the time now it's great

I use the PEF app, have done since January and can’t recommend using an app highly enough! They give such a great visual and help pick up trends that a row of numbers don’t. I can print it off and take it to appointments or email/send it by text. Really useful. Hope you find having one as useful.

My surgery asthma nurse has been recommending all her patients use them now having seen what useful info they show 👍🏻👏🏻
