Hi, I was recommended this by a previous senior respiratory physiotherapist. It used to be called Breathe Train. It has various short videos for learning to breathe properly, relaxed breathing and so on. I found it really user friendly and have passed it on to others when I've been in hospital (like a lovely lady recently diagnosed with asthma and bronchiectasis), much to the amusement of the physio because I'm a liability in terms of stability so although I know what to do, a lot of the time I can't do it myself.
It's really easy to use, you have to register/log in but it's free and it remembers what you've done before.
It might be a useful tool for those who are anxious or recovering from an exacerbation as the relaxation aspect can be very calming. I suspect anyone with more severe anxiety would need professional support though.
Ah I'm very glad - it was your post that prompted me to share it (been meaning to for a while...!) Sometimes it solves the problem for a while and sometimes it helps to sift out what is anxiety or when it might not be (such as if regularly doing them helps but then it doesn't for example).
