Back Pain and wheeze

Just an observation and question.

I notice when I have back pain and walking about I get wheezy (not short of breath just pain and wheeze) - I know if check PF will be fine but it's weird cos no chest pain. It happens when I move.

Anyone else get this or know why the wheeze happens with pain or is it co-incidental?

Ps I have chronic pain following car crashes in 2000/2001 and 2003 along with following conditions -

Asthma, Hayfever, Migraines, PCOS, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, OSA, Eczema, Uticaria and Hidrenitis
