Any asthma running tips?

I’ve fallen in love with running but the last few weeks have become increasingly hard with the cold weather triggering it.

It’s hard to predict because I can comfortably do 5k one day and then have to give up at 3k another time.

I wear a buff while I run but I’d love some tips, not ready to give up on it!

I’m really struggling with running at the min too! I was getting on really well then the weather changed and I’m finding it’s really affecting my speed and the distance I can run. I always take 2 puffs of inhaler about twenty mins before I go but other than that I’m not sure! I’m just going to try to keep training until it’s a bit warmer when I can start improving again x
