Starting my 3rd week after being off with pluerisy.

Feel better but still getting pain just behind my left breast and around my ribs. Any ideas?? I don't want to take 1g of naproxen every day.

The pain in no different when I breathe In either it's just there.....

My sympathies. I was in your position several years ago. Other than taking the painkillers there isn’t a lot you can do. I thought of it like severe internal bruising, as that’s the way the constant pain felt. That takes a good six weeks to heal.

My only advice is to try and keep warm, ‘support’ your chest (I wore tighter t shirts and vests under my normal clothes), gentle movement and no weight lifting. Hard to do when needing to clean/shop/work etc.

It does seem to take ages to feel normal again.
