Following on from my post, I have started doing Yoga with a wonderful instructor - Jill Khan. She teaches two types of Yoga - Hatha, which is the more traditional and Yin, which comprises of mostly seated and lying postures. There is only one standing pose in this type. I started with Yin and now I am doing Yang (Hatha) as well. I feel so much better, stronger and more beautiful. Jill is so lovely and supportive. This is her website:
