A shocking 3 weeks with my brittle asthma culminating in a 5 night in patient stay. 3 lots of antibiotics etc, etc, etc!!

I just seem to be picking up infection after infection. What tips do any of you have for giving my Immune system a boost??

Thank you

Liz

I take 1000mg of vitamin C a day at the recommendation of my GP. Someone mentioned Licquorish root tea. It's supposed to have anti inflammatory properties. However, it's not best if you have high blood pressure. Ginger and Lemon tea is supposed to be good too. I am trying the Licquorish tea at the moment. I will try anything as I am not quite over my latest bout and it's been three weeks! Hope you feel better soon. x
