Tight chest but normal PF

Hi guys,

I had a flare up about 2 months back and after a tough couple of weeks when I moved from Qvar to Fostair it helped me get things back under control. Not totally back to normal but certainly back on track.

Over the last day or two, however my chest has felt pretty tight in the mornings and evening. I’ve increased my Fostair to 3 puffs from two, and peak flow is very much normal between 500-530.

Just wanted to see if this is anything to be concerned about, or if there’s any advice? Am hoping this is just a small issue and won’t turn into anything els more problematic?

You can have normal pf and still have asthma problems... of apparently only really measures the large airways so the problem can be really low down in the small airways... making you struggle but normal or near normal pf
