My chest is getting tight trouble breathing diagnosed with asthma last year nearly died told another 5 minutes and I wouldn't of made it. If you had these attacks you'llknow how scary they are.

Any tips or why an I suffering badly now ?

How long have you been struggling? It could be grass pollen as it is very high at the moment.

You could ask your doctor if you can have some allergy tests done and that might pinpoint what causes your attacks..

You need to see your GP - you may have allergic asthma, or it may be triggered by stress, or almost anything else, really. Although medication is excellent these days, managing your own condition is vital, so you need as much info as you can get. The Asthma UK website is a good place to start.

Thanks I think I found the issue pollen. I got a bit freaked after a serious attack last year.
