I have a niece who I suspect is addict to Zoplicone. I'd like to help her get of them. Can you just stop taking them. She's been on them for about a year & says she can't do without them Now.

Seem to recal you need to taper-off. Try Googling the drug name plus patient information leaflet. But in any event, individual patient circumstances need to be factored in as, in some cases, different approaches will apply. GP advice is really necessary.
